📖 Listen for the Lie

🎧 Narrated by January LaVoy & Will Damron
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (4.75 stars)
The audiobook experience was unlike anything I’d listened to before, seamlessly shifting between timelines, present-day interactions, and the true crime podcast woven throughout the story.
“What if you thought you murdered your best friend? And if everyone else thought so too? And what if the truth doesn’t matter?”
After leaving town following her divorce and being branded a murderer, Lucy is pulled back into the chaos when a true crime podcaster chooses her best friend Savvy’s murder as the focus of his latest season.
The entire time, you’re left wondering: Did Lucy really do it? Will the truth ever come out? And if it does… does it even matter?
January LaVoy absolutely nailed Lucy’s sarcastic, dry humor, and Will Damron was equally enjoyable to listen to. They’re both narrators I’ll definitely be seeking out again.
I’m not always a fan of a slow burn, but the gradual unraveling of what happened the night Savvy was murdered worked perfectly here. Every new revelation kept me hooked, and I couldn’t wait to uncover the truth.
I can’t wait to read more from Amy Tintera!
