Sometimes you just need a romance that makes you ridiculously HAPPY, and “The Last Goodbye” absolutely delivered. 💙

McGrumpy and Magpie had me rooting for them from the start. There’s insta-lust, a little early animosity, found family, and two characters who are honestly almost too perfect, but I didn’t care. I just wanted them together! Their connection felt inevitable, the romance gave me exactly the HEA I was hoping for, and the whole story was beautifully written.

Jason Clarke and Desiree Ketchum were absolutely incredible together. They brought so much warmth, chemistry, and emotion to the story, making an already lovable couple even easier to fall for. I will definitely be returning to Blue Sky Bay. And Clarke’s voice is definitely one I will be seeking out for future MMCs.
