A romance that made me laugh, made me cry, and filled my heart with so much joy that it just may be one of my favorite romance reads of all time!

I genuinely LOVED this book! From start to finish, it brought me so much happiness, and I couldn’t get enough of these characters. For the first time EVER, the miscommunication trope didn’t drive me absolutely batty! I actually understood where everyone was coming from, and their feelings and decisions made sense to me. Whether you consider this a story of the one who got away or unspoken but requited love, it was everything I could have wanted in a romance.

I loved Dina. I loved Lucky. And I LOVED Sameer! Seriously, Sameer gets the story MVP award in my eyes. I adored how practically everyone could see just how desperately these two were pining for each other. The chemistry, the longing, the humor, the emotions… ALL OF IT!

Francine Pinheiro did a wonderful job giving each character a distinctive voice and personality. I absolutely loved her narration of the female characters! Her male voices didn’t quite work for me, but that’s probably just a personal preference. Overall, she brought so much warmth and individuality to the story.

And please forgive any character name spelling mistakes… audiobook problems!
