Kissing for Christmas

A little fake dating, a whole lot of spice, and a reminder that sometimes love has been right in front of us all along!

Archer and Remi have known each other and their families for years, but as her brother’s best friend, Archer was never someone Remi considered romantically. Until, well… she did. And suddenly, pretending to be in love for the sake of their careers didn’t seem like such a bad idea.

What I really enjoyed about “Kissing for Christmas” was how naturally their relationship developed. These were two guarded people gradually letting their walls down, and it was the little things that made their romance so sweet. A gentle touch, a lingering look, and those moments when pretending started feeling a whole lot like the real thing.

There were a few obstacles along the way, but nothing particularly dramatic. Just minor bumps as Archer and Remi figured out what was happening between them. Sometimes it’s nice to have a romance where the relationship itself gets to shine without a mountain of unnecessary conflict.

And can we take a moment to appreciate a curvy FMC and a middle-aged MMC? YES, PLEASE! I love seeing characters who aren’t the typical twenty-something romance leads finding their happily ever after.

A sweet, spicy, low-angst Christmas romance that delivered exactly the kind of love story I was hoping for!
